Dear CC&M Clients,

I wanted address the increasing escalation of the COVID-19 situation. These are trying times but working together we will be able to make it through.

Thus, I wanted to briefly share with you some of the steps we have been taking at CC&M INC to ensure we are there to support you and your Copier, Managed IT, Hosted Phones, backup and disaster recovery needs.

As a regional company that has employees and customers in the contiguous US, we have been closely monitoring this situation for some time. I want to personally assure you that CC&M has been taking actions to protect the health of our staff, and clients so that everyone can protect their families and communities. We have also put in place functional work streams across employees, financial partners, Vendor supply channels, sales & marketing, product, engineering, and customer success. Some examples of such actions include:

  • Starting in January we worked with Dell and Canon USA to adjust inventory stocking levels for an extended inventory cycle to support our installed base of equipment.
  • A few weeks ago, we suspended all travel and have been in regular communication with our clients and staff to prepare for remote service and supply replenishment.
  • As a regional company with offices in Florida, and South Carolina we have established remote communication and control systems to supply our Managed IT maintenance clients needs.
  • Our leadership teams are staying up to date on the latest information from governments, public health officials and experts in various industries so we can help our customers adopt best practices for business continuity and mitigation of losses.

CC&M greatly appreciates our client base and their understanding as we navigate this serious health situation.

Together we will work our way through these uncertain times and, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Darla and or myself at 1-800-274-0545, or 1-877-67CANON (1-877-672-2666)

We will persevere, good will to all:
